Ellie Chapman joined Intersoft as an Office Manager in 2017 and successfully worked her way up the ranks to Head of HR in just three years. In this time she has shown incredible determination and dedication to the entire Intersoft team.

Encouraging us all to be the best version of ourselves, she recently implemented Intersoft’s new performance management process including our rewards and benefits management through Vitality – ensuring we’re all healthy and active and since the ease of lockdown began, successfully initiated a safe agile working office environment which ensured we were following the government’s guidelines correctly.

Overall, Ellie has overseen a period of rapid growth for Intersoft, and been an incredibly helpful support resource for both existing employees and new starters.
