Intersoft has been named as one of the top 12 Best Places to Work for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work UK out of 100 medium sized companies in the UK.

The award, given by UK’s Best Workplaces, in association with Great Place to Work, recognises companies that support and prioritise employee wellbeing. The awards highlight the importance of building trust within companies and putting employees first. 

This comes just a few months after Intersoft were recognised as a Great Place to Work for 2023 following the results of the survey taken by Intersoft employees. An incredible 96% of employees agreed that Intersoft was a great place to work, citing a wide variety of reasons from diversity and support to opportunities and progression. 

People at the heart of the company 

Head of Human Resources at Intersoft, Ellie Kilgallon, said that winning the award is an achievement that the entire team should be proud of. “This achievement forms part of our long-term commitment to wellbeing and our wellbeing programme here at Intersoft”.

This continuous striving for improvement has led to the introduction of multiple wellbeing initiatives throughout the company, including the Employee Assistance Programme, Vitality Health, and Mental Health First Aiders. The most recent addition of the Volunteer Time Off programme will see Intersoft employees have the chance to dedicate their time to a charity or good cause close to them. 

Intersoft are also in the running for the remaining 2023 awards of UK’s Best Workplaces, UK’s Best Workplaces for women, and UK’s Best Workplaces for tech. The winners of these awards will be announced soon.
