Intersoft is proud to once again have been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work Certified organisation. This is the third consecutive year for the company to have been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces.
Certification is a significant achievement, backed by validated and anonymous feedback from [company name] employees and collected through Great Place To Work. As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work utilises its rigorous, data-driven For All methodology. This accreditation confirms that a minimum of 65% of employees consistently enjoy a positive experience at their company. At Intersoft, a staggering 91% agreed with the statement “this is a great place to work.”
“We are so proud to be Great Place to Work Certified!” says Keeley Burridge, Marketing Executive at Intersoft. “The consistent positive feedback from the Intersoft team about their experiences with colleagues, leaders, and roles is immensely meaningful. We will continue using this achievement as a benchmark to further enhance our employee experience. Thank you to everyone at Intersoft, whose honest and candid input into the survey has enabled us to earn this prestigious recognition.”
Following a successful year featuring on multiple Great Place to Work lists, including the Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces for Development, Best Workplaces for Tech, and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing, this certification is a testament to the culture that Intersoft strives to build within the business. This year, Intersoft has introduced a menopause policy to increase understanding and inclusivity, has hosted multiple social events and wellbeing days, and has continued to reward employees for their contributions, recognising both professional and personal achievements.
The efforts to maintain a positive work environment are reflected in the feedback from Intersoft employees. The top five statements from the survey were as follows:
- This is a physically safe place to work – 97% of employees
- People here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation – 95% of employees
- When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome – 95% of employees
- Management is competent at running the business – 95% of employees
- People here are treated fairly regardless of their gender – 93% of employees
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, expressed his congratulations to Intersoft for attaining their Certification. “We know that prioritising the employee experience leads to building trust among employees, fostering a remarkable workplace culture, and ultimately achieving exceptional business outcomes. Congratulations!”
