Intersoft is proud to once again have been named among the top 65 companies in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing.

This is the third time Intersoft has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for Wellbeing since the first time in 2023. The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list focuses on employees’ experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.

Inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges Intersoft’s commitment to create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to foster cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and help communities.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List, Great Place To Work reviewed culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from Intersoft employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark the company’s employee value proposition against the culture employees actually experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

From anonymous employee feedback, Intersoft’s team members highly commend the company’s dedication to improving culture across the whole business. From wellbeing massage days, to training Mental Health First Aiders and ensuring access to mental and physical health providers, Intersoft is making certain that every single one of their employees is supported.
