Intersoft has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2023! Out of 100 top UK medium sized businesses, Intersoft placed 32nd.

The award, handed out by UK’s Best Workplaces, part of the Great Place to Work organisation, recognises and celebrates great employers who demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.  

This follows Intersoft’s Great Place to Work certification, which was given to the company in recognition of the excellent responses to the survey questions employees were asked to answer. An impressive 96% of employees agreed that Intersoft is a Great Place to Work.  

Subsequently, Intersoft placed 12th out of 100 UK companies as a Great Place to Work for Wellbeing. This award acknowledged the multiple wellbeing efforts made by the company, including the Employee Assistance Programme, Vitality Health, Mental Health First Aiders, Volunteer Time Off scheme, and most recently, the new Income Protection, Life Insurance and Dental benefits to further support the health and well-being of employees. 

Culture of Care

Intersoft have implemented a wide range of initiatives to establish a company culture that employees speak highly of. These include teaming up with environmental specialists Ecologi to support Intersoft’s sustainability missions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, employee recognition awards, monthly companywide events, and teambuilding and wellbeing days.  

The award ceremony took place on 26th April and saw Intersoft pick up awards for both UK’s Best Workplaces and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing. Intersoft are still in the running for the remaining 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces awards, including Best Workplace for Women and Best Workplace for Tech, which will be announced later this year.
