Our Silent Printing and Print Harvesting tools were recognised for their benefit to retail delivery at the 2020 eCommerce Awards and were finalists for Best Innovation in eCommerce.  Remaining competitive and fresh within eCommerce is at the forefront of our roadmap plans, and we are always striving for new solutions to improve the eCommerce experience. Like with our handy PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) app which gives shoppers the convenience to choose where they pick-up deliveries or drop-off returned goods.

At the 2020 Digital City Awards, Intersoft was a finalist twice in the Best Innovation category. Firstly, for our teams’ agile approach to migrating Harrod’s legacy VFP technology over to the latest Intersoft Intelligent Shipper® software, and secondly for the innovative Ship from Store solution implemented for Waterstones during the Covid-19 pandemic.

And Intersoft’s solutions don’t stop once the goods have arrived at the shopper’s door. We can also complete the online retail experience for our customers with a fully branded Returns Portal solution which allows the shopper to arrange a return online, complete with printable returns label. Our Returns Portal was a finalist at last year’s Digital City Award, receiving a nomination for Best Cloud Innovation.

Earlier this year, Intersoft was named Best Company to Work for at the Company Culture Awards 2021 whilst our Chief Operating Officer, Aron Silan, was nominated a finalist for Business Culture Ambassador at the same awards. Alongside this, his development team were runners up at the European Software Testing Awards in the Innovation of the Year category for our Harrods Migration project. Two of our team members were also recognised as the brightest young talent in the logistics and supply chain industry with our Head of HR, Ellie Chapman, picking up the winning spot and George Ralph our Head of IT as a runner up.
