New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List recognises companies making employee development a key part of company culture. These workplaces offer employees the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organisation. These companies believe that development is not one-size fits all, and actively support every single employee to undertake their own tailored journey of growth. Because of this, employees at these companies have a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organisation.
Intersoft’s inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges its commitment to development, innovation and employee growth.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place to Work reviewed Intersoft’s culture, benefits, and approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from employees. Using these data insights then allowed them to benchmark Intersoft’s employee value proposition against the culture employees experience. Only businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
Intersoft’s anonymous employee feedback shows that, overall, the Intersoft team highly commends the company’s dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of innovation and knowledge sharing across the business.
