Intersoft has been named a Great Place to Work for the second year running, ranking 46th among the UK's best medium sized work places. It's all thanks to the amazing feedback received from Intersoft employees.
Intersoft has been named a Great Place to Work by Great Place to Work UK. It’s the second year in a row that Intersoft has achieved the certification based on employee feedback.
Awarded by UK’s Best Workplaces, the certification celebrates great employers who demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. It also recognises the responses of Intersoft employees who took the Great Place to Work survey.
Out of 100 mediums sized-business on the list, Intersoft ranked 46th.
The survey asked employees how they felt about Intersoft’s workplace culture. Some of the the questions asked whether employees feel they are able to take time off when necessary, and if they feel they are treated fairly regardless of race or gender.
This is the second year that Intersoft has achieved the certification. 2022 saw 96% of Intersoft employees agree that Intersoft is a great place to work. The company also received an impressive array of awards from the organisation last year, ranking as a Best Place to Work for Wellbeing, Best Place to Work for Women, and Best Place to Work in Tech.

Correspondingly, Intersoft has put into practice a variety of initiatives to cultivate a culture that employees are proud of. These include various sustainability schemes, recognising employees’ successes through awards, improving and introducing benefits, holding frequent wellbeing and team-building days, and organizing monthly companywide social events.
